The Lamont Group (TLG) is a media & marketing agency based in Long Beach that adds growth (profits, products, market share, teams, people) and solutions (projects, systems, planning, transactions) to your company’s business. Primarily working with small and medium sized business, we offer an experienced team of marketing professionals to assist your business.
TLG is managed and run by Evan Lamont, an experienced public relations & graphic design specialist who blends together the traditional with the innovative to create well-rounded advertising and marketing plans. Evan handles the daily responsibilities of the company including advertising (both print and online), graphic design, marketing, public relations and web design for TLG.
Evan's brother, Shawn Lamont, a technologist and web-designer, brings an experienced “been there and done that” growth and solutions mentality to the challenges and obstacles that companies face on a regular basis. Shawn is responsible for TLG's online growth and handles website updates and new projects.
Partnering with his father Ian Lamont, who has 30 years of management and media experience, a long list of outstanding references and has been a coach to many individuals that have become CFO’s, COO’s and CEO’s, adds level of experience to the group.
